The Muppets

Rating:★★★
Category:Movies
Genre: Comedy
It's a great Muppet Show but not overall a great movie.

We laughed every 2 seconds (we here, is a bunch of people age 27-38 who grew and are still growing with American pop culture), the funny part was absolutely fine, although you need to be pop culture savvy to understand it. Well, most of it is because you're just happy to see the many cameos in the movie. In my case, I turn to be a 13 year old girl watching 'Never Say Never' when JIM PARSONS appeared (HUGE Sheldon fan). And who doesn't LOVE Neil Patrick Harris? (and John Krasinski, Selena Gomez, Dave Grohl, Emily Blunt, Sarah Silverman and Jack Black for that matter).

My favorite song/funny part is the "Man or Muppet" song (no, the song is funny, it has little to do with the fact that this is where Jim Parsons appear)

But overall the story was not well executed, it was not well-rounded. And Jason Segel's (and other actors') act was horrible.

Also even though the muppet show and songs was perfectly okay, it was not meeting my expectation as I was expecting something like Jason Segel made in 'Forgetting Sarah Marshal'. It was not close as special as that vampire muppet song :(

The good thing is, the movie really picked up towards the end, so I still end up feeling great coming out of theater. We in fact, got out singing and dancing the "Mahna Mahna" song.
